Melbourne-based filmmakers David Black and Gerardo Chierchia have dropped the first trailer for their bonkers new independently produced feature film, Toxic Alien Zombie Babes From Outer Space.
Despite Melbourne still being in Stage 4 Lockdown during the COVID 19 pandemic, Toxic Alien Zombie Babes From Outer Space is on track thanks to a dedicated team of filmmakers from around the world who have each contributed to the making of the new sci-fi horror comedy.
Filmed around the world by the actors themselves, according to Black’s scripts and Chiercia’s shot lists, this is a film that satirises the major events of 2020.
“It’s been a year of craziness, starting with bushfires that engulfed much of Australia, through to the pandemic, with so much else in between from murder hornets to 5G tower conspiracies. Gerardo and I decided that we just had to document it all in a fast paced sci-fi/ horror comedy feature film” said Black.
Toxic Alien Zombie Babes From Outer Space stars Florida-based actor Joel D. Wynkoop, Texan Destiny Soria and French actor Giulia Key.
The film is still being developed and actors and filmmakers from anywhere in the world are invited to be involved in the film and can contact the filmmakers here.
Toxic Alien Zombie Babes From Outer Space is expected to release in November this year.
