Trailer drops for WA feature film Broken Contract

Broken Contract trailer premieres starring Esther Anderson and Chris Morris

Jag Pannu Productions, in association with VCR Media, have released the official trailer for action/comedy feature film Broken Contract, starring Esther Anderson and Christopher Morris.

Broken Contract is a story about Max (Morris), a down-on-his-luck club owner struggling to make ends meet. When a local gang threatens both his livelihood and his family, Max hires a hitman to protect the ones he loves. Before long, Max is blinded by his newfound power and soon finds himself spinning out of control as friends and enemies alike start disappearing. Gangsters, cross dressers, lovers and hitmen – a film where nobody can be trusted.

The film was written by writer/director James Pentecost and produced by Hayden Fortescue. Anderson (SIBERIA, Home and Away) plays the role of Detective Keeling.

A Gold and Silver Logie nominee, Anderson last starred on NBC’s Siberia – a 13-part series about 16 contestants in a Survivor-type reality TV show before the film crew abandons them.

Morris, also returning from a stint in Hollywood earlier this year, starred in the feature film Drive Hard alongside John Cusack, Thomas Jane, and fellow Australian, Zoe Ventoura.

The film was shot in the West Australian capital during April/May of this year – filming across various locations including Cottesloe, Leederville, Perth CBD & the streets of Fremantle.

The trailer is being released in anticipation of its pending debut early 2015.
