The theatrical trailer for the new Australian psychological drama Reaching Distance has been released, ahead of a national screening and Q&A tour, starting this week in Sydney.
Only a few tickets are left for the screening and Q&A at Event Cinemas George Street on Wednesday October 17, with cast members Matt Day and Frederick Hama joining writer and director David Fairhurst and producers Becca Saunders and Kayne Taylor for the audience Q&A. Reaching Distance is a surreal psychological drama about a man with a photographic memory who follows his sister’s killer onto a night-rider bus. His plans for vengeance go awry, when the line between memory and reality breaks on the journey. The film stars Wade Briggs (Please Like Me, Still Star Crossed), Morgan Griffin (San Andreas, Spin Out), Matt Day (Rake, Muriel’s Wedding), Eddie Baroo (Wolf Creek, Spin Out), Meyne Wyatt (Strangerland, Redfern Now) and Tara Morice (Strictly Ballroom).
