Embedded screenings announced

Stephen Sewell’s Embedded with have a series of screenings across Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Darwin during March.

The series of screenings will launch with a special Q&A screening with Embedded writer and director, Stephen Sewell and film critic, Eddie Cockrell in Sydney.

Embedded is an erotic political thriller detailing a war correspondent that meets an alluring, enigmatic woman at a cocktail party, before a dangerous power play engulfs the two.

Sewell is no stranger to cagey, dark characters, and this is certainly true of Embedded. Frank (Nick Barkla, The Secret Life of Us) meets Madaline (Laura Gordon, Saw V) at a cocktail party held at a World Bank conference. As the erotic connection between Frank and Madaline deepens, each gradually reveal secrets from their past that could have deadly consequences.

The sensual, politically charged Embedded is an exciting anomaly in Australian cinema, secure your tickets below:

Sydney | Adelaide | Melbourne | Brisbane | Darwin
