It brings you into the lives of ordinary teenagers with extraordinary stories – and the theatre program that gives them a voice. Guided by three dedicated teachers, they enter into a community that supports them to share their stories. Their history is scripted and transformed into a moving stage performance.
Through this process, Asfar, Maryam, Wiam, and 20 other participants move from being defined by their trauma to taking control of their futures A coming of age story, this uplifting documentary shares the reality of what it means to be a teenager and a displaced person.
