Australian rock legend and Rose Tattoo frontman, Angry Anderson has been cast in director Colin ‘Spida’ Dixon’s upcoming Australian feature film, Patched.
Currently in pre-production the film follows a small town motorcycle club accused by local police of robbing the community bank. Tensions build quickly between the police and the motorcyclists and ends in a violent and bloody showdown.
Along with an update on the film’s script and Queensland locations, the Facebook post announcing the casting of Anderson read, “I know that I have kept saying there’s big news coming so I thought that i would start today by welcoming this man to the cast of Patched the movie. Welcome Angry.”
69 year old Anderson made his acting debut in 1983’s At Last… Bullamakanka: The Motion Picture and has also starred in Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome, Fat Pizza and Dumb Criminals: The Movie.
