The Royal Melbourne Showgrounds will play host to the Australian Movie & Comic Expo (formerly Armageddon) from 17 – 18 October with exclusive screenings from Melbourne created anti-superhero film The Subjects and web series newcomer i can’t even. The premier pop culture exhibition is the go to event for fans featuring a plethora of comic book, animation, TV and movie vendors, activities and guests.
Anti-superhero thriller The Subjects follows eight strangers that go into a locked room for clinical trials on a new drug that gives them superpowers. Can they control their new found abilities and work together to escape the room? Or are superpowers not for everyone?
Join the experiment with writer and director Robert Mond and producers Josef Gatti and David Redman on Sunday 18th October at the Main Stage at 12pm for an exclusive screening of the film and a Q&A panel.
From Harry Potter to Lord of the Rings, i can’t even. takes on the ups and downs of being a fangirl and living with a roommate who is a little if not equally as crazy as you.
