Colosoul Short Film Festival to showcase WA talent

Colosoul Magazine will host a film festival on Tuesday, 17 March showcasing young up-and-coming talent from Western Australia.

The nine short films screening on the night will be Scammers (Chris Kennedy), Pale Blue Eyes (Cameron Whiteford), Rat Tale (David Smith), The Girl (Chantelle Kerwin), Bloom (Hannah Davies), Safety Matches (Joel Maynard), Todd (Taran Dunn), The Fly and the Spider (Rohan Loveland) and Morgue (Lewis Rodan).

All proceeds will go to the Colosoul Film Department which provides opportunities to young aspiring film makers. The Colosoul Group Inc. is a not-for-profit youth- and volunteer-run arts and media organisation. Proceeds are reinvested back into Colosoul’s dedicated volunteers and the youth community.

Two prizes are up for grabs on the night including a people’s choice award of $500 and an industry choice award of $250
