War Mothers is the story of three women: Galina, Svetlana, and Yulia. They live in the town of Zaporizhia along the eastern warzone of Ukraine. All three women are mothers, all three have felt the impacts of the war firsthand, and all three have decided not to settle for the tragedy being dealt to themselves, to their country, and their people.
