A Few Less Men

Director: Mark Lamprell
Starring: Xavier Samuel, Kris Marshall, Kevin Bishop, Ryan Corr, Shane Jacobson, Deborah Mailman, Jeremy Sims, Sacha Horler
In the comedy sequel to the worldwide hit A Few Best Men, a destination wedding in Australia’s Blue Mountains goes horribly wrong when Luke gets drunk and falls off a cliff. Our boys, David (Xavier Samuel), Tom (Kris Marshall) and Graham (Kevin Bishop) suddenly find themselves transporting their friend’s corpse back to London, where his grieving Aunt is already planning the funeral. When their private jet crash lands in the bush, the boys must carry the body across the treacherous landscape, contend with some fit ravers, a machete-wielding mother and a mix up with a giant gold penis, all in a race against time to return Luke home – provided they all survive… intact.

A Few Less Men is coming to cinemas soon.

  1. Well, it seems the trailer for the first film has post instead of the new version. Either way, the first film looks like a piece of you know what. Another film funded by the taxpayer that is yet another reason for young people to lose all faith in “Australian” cinema. The new trailer shows they spent more $ but still looks lame. Ryan Corr, you’re too talented for this. Xavier Samuelson, you may have ability but you really need a lesson in discerning a quality script off the back of the other crappy film SPIN OUT. And Shane Jacobson, well mate – Kenny is and will always be your claim to fame so let’s just stop flogging the pony. What an absolute lame attempt at making a comedy. Using their credit of DEATH AT A FUNERAL is not a good move. Such a great film against such an obvious studio-styled comedy produced by glorified salesmen. Tired of the same boring so-called “fresh” and “funny” films that give us zero confidence in the Australian business. Guys, learn your lesson and stop wasting taxpayer dollars on junk.

    • Didn’t you just post the same fucking comment with the names swapped out on Filmink’s Spin Out review, John? So.much butthurt, so few original things to say.

      • You should be more careful with your comments Travis Johnson from FilmInk. Not very professional to lash out at someone who disagrees with your review of a film. You don’t know who I am, yet you’ve insulted me personally when this opinion was about a commercial product. It would seem you are a nasty person who is too silly to cover his own tracks. I will remember this, Travis. And if you’re reading this Dov from FilmInk, I think a good kick in the pants is warranted for this sort of behaviour.

    • We do live in a very lucky place indeed. Tax dollars are wasted on many more treasonable things than funding entertainment productions. I would still have my tax spent on the arts even if the content is so bad it hurts to watch. And its not that bad yet. I don’t know why but moaning on about things like what an unimaginable travesty it is that Australian films mostly suck always makes me feel lucky to live here.
