Young Alexander (Jeremy Chabriel) is like any other kid, playful, curious and naive. He also happens to have been raised by his surrogate father Gregori (Vincent Cassel) to be a trained assassin. Growing up in an isolated compound, he only perceives the world through his father’s morally warped eyes, but as Alexander begins to think for himself, creeping fears take shape and Gregori’s idyllic world unravels.
