Scare Campaign Q&A Screening

On March 29, 2016 we’re launching Cinema Australia Presents, a brand new initiative which aims to provide a showcase for Australian filmmaking talent and provide an alternative cinema experience for Perth audiences keen to catch the best, new-release Australian films on the big screen.

Our event-style screenings will include Q&As with some of the countries finest filmmakers in the intimate surrounding of The Backlot Perth – a 50 seat, purpose-built boutique cinema.

We will be launching Cinema Australia Presents with the Perth premiere of Scare Campaign which will include a Skype Q&A with the film’s directors, Colin and Cameron Cairnes following the screening.

Tickets for this special event include the Q&A, nibbles and your chance to win some great prizes. There will also be a cash bar on hand for those wanting a drink.

This is the perfect opportunity for film students and film lovers to gain some insight into the making of a movie and ask those burning questions. It’s also a great opportunity for horror fans to scare themselves shitless.

Popular prank TV show, Scare Campaign, has been entertaining audiences for the last 5 years with its mix of old school scares and hidden camera fun. But as we enter a new age of online TV the producers find themselves up against a new hard edged web series which makes their show look decidedly quaint. It’s time to up the ante, but will the team go too far this time, and are they about to prank the wrong guy?

The event has been cancelled. Thank you for your interest.
