A new trailer has arrived for WA-shot feature film, Thorns & Thistles at the End of the World.

Directed by Aaron Kamp (Hidden Light), Thorns & Thistles at the End of the World follows former business executive, Paul (Jeremy Levi). As the end of the world draws near, Paul keeps himself distracted by mowing lawns.

When his estranged wife, Felicity (Vivienne Marshall), unexpectedly walks back into his life, Paul is confronted with events from the past that he’d rather forget.

As his friend, Stan (Jesse Hislop), and his former pastor, Dave (Matt Barron), chip in with advice, Paul’s emotions bubble to the surface. Will he have the courage to face his demons and forgive the sins of the past, or will he give up and checkout? 

Thorns & Thistles at the End of the World is directed by Kamp, written by Matthew Barron and Brian Hennings, and produced by Kamp and Anthony Chila.

Aaron Kamp previously directed Hidden Light, a drama which followed a former drug dealer struggling to find purpose in his new life as a Serbian Orthodox Priest. You can currently watch Hidden Light here.

Thorns & Thistles at the End of the World will hit the festival circuit in 2023 followed by a general release later that year.
