The first trailer has dropped for West of Sunshine – Jason Raftopoulos’ debut feature which will have its world premiere at the upcoming Venice Film Festival.

West of Sunshine stars Damian Hill as Jim, a deadbeat Dad who has less than a day to repay a gambling debt to a violent loan shark. Unfortunately, Jim’s son is in toe and is confronted with the realities of his father’s desperate situation.  

West of Sunshine also stars Ty Perham, Arthur Angel, Kat Stewart, Tony Nikolakopoulos and Kaarin Fairfax.
