The September 30 submission deadline for Flickerfest’s 2017 festival is nearing.

Next year Flickerfest will be celebrating its 26th year of screening the best short films from Australia and around the world across our competition and special showcase programs once again on Sydney’s famous Bondi Beach.

The festival culminates with the celebration of filmmaking craft in the prestigious award presentations. Flickerfest is an Academy® Accredited and BAFTA-recognised festival and has been a major launching pad for some of Australia’s most celebrated filmmakers.

Following the Festival in Sydney, a selection of films will go on tour to capital cities and regional centres around Australia.
