Mystery Road was the big winner of last nights Australian Film Critics Association Film & Writing Awards.
Ivan Sen’s below average, dusty thriller took home six major awards including Best Film and Best Cinematography.
Being a male dominated film the only two local awards Mystery Road didn’t take out were Best Actress (Nicole Kidman, The Railway Man) and Best Actress in a Supporting Role (Rose Byrne, The Turning).
